General Meeting Summary 1/20/20

SUBCONVENERS

• Only one remaining position needs to be filled (Central detector Integration and Magnet)

• Contributors list - All: finalize contact information in the 1/7/2020 powerpoint slides

• Working with subconveners - remind that each subgroup has one Convener following and that these should be included

• Plan an additional meeting with subconveners who agreed since 1/13 (the first meeting with subconveners) once all positions are filled

• It would be good to have a contact person from the R&D consortia - perhaps subconveners could solicit such a contact person from the consortia?

• Assignment of emails to send:

• Tanja will send email to SC to ask for feedback on candidates for Central detector integration/magnet subgroup
• Silvia will reply to Damien about his questions
• Tanja will send email to subconveners with list of contributors and remind that subconveners should include Conveners in their meeting organization

ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS

• Calendar - need to get access for Silvia and Peter, works for Ken and Tanja

• Ken will follow up with Maxim on mailing lists and also on Indico with Thomas/Rolf

UPCOMING MEETINGS

• Meeting with EIC Software group (1/22)

• Prepare slides for EICUG Remote Meeting (1/23)

• Prepare slides for EIC Detector R&D meeting Open Discussion (1/30)
